2017 MEANS US SHARES OUTPERFORM EMERGING MARKETS, HIGHER BOND YIELDS, STRONG US DOLLAR, MORE VOLATILITY IN MARKETS. OR DOES IT?

costanza

It is funny how in early January we see so many articles in the media from pundits predicting how the various asset classes will perform over the next 12 months. Having said that I have been pleased reading about the operational performance of the company in that time. Continue reading “BRIEF UPDATES ON UOS, AGS & NAM.”

REPORTING SEASON updates REF, UOS, SSM, PTB, MEL, APW, MVT, TOP.

REF – A 1 cent fully franked dividend was confirmed recently. Whilst I fully expected this sometimes I feel the stock is priced such that the market expects management to waste the cash on some ridiculous acquisition. So to see the dividend actually declared is still pleasing. Continue reading “REPORTING SEASON updates REF, UOS, SSM, PTB, MEL, APW, MVT, TOP.”

High profile sectors are surely where I can make a killing in the stock market right?

Before I write much on the markets again, I thought I’d add something different so I don’t get bored of this blogging stuff too quickly. So firstly a warning I will stray off topic for a little bit.

I would have spent about a third of the year in Vietnam this year and am currently writing this from Dalat. Continue reading “High profile sectors are surely where I can make a killing in the stock market right?”
